SERVICES

Phase 1 - Consultation

We begin with an initial consultation to understand your project, goals, lifestyle needs, and overall vision. This stage allows us to assess the space, discuss priorities, and outline the scope of work.

Phase 2 - Design Concept

This phase focuses on building the creative direction for the project. It may include site review, measurements, documentation of existing conditions, and concept development tailored to the space and client goals.

Preliminary design concepts and aesthetic approach

Phase 3 - Design Development

Once the concept is approved, the design is further refined into a more detailed and coordinated package. Materials, finishes, fixtures, and layouts are developed to ensure the design is both functional and visually cohesive.

Furniture and fixture direction
Elevations and design detailing
Coordination of design intent across the project

Phase 4 - Construction Coordination

This phase supports the execution of the design by coordinating the developed design intent with the construction process. It helps ensure that drawings, site conditions, and design decisions are aligned throughout implementation.

Coordination with contractors, consultants, and trades
Review of construction progress in relation to design intent
Clarification of design details during execution
Site visits, if required
Support in resolving design-related questions during construction

Phase 5 - Furniture/Decor, Lighting, Landscape Design (optional)

This phase focuses on the final layers of the design that enhance the overall experience, function, and character of the space. In addition to furniture and accessory selection, this stage may also include custom-designed furnishings, detailed lighting studies, and exterior or landscape-related design input where required.
